Porzellan-Vase Gala, H 24 cm

Gala is an expressive collection of high-fired, unglazed porcelain vessels that envelop the mood. Inspired by Gala, the wife and muse of the surrealist painter and graphic artist Salvador Dalí. Jonathan Adler models and throws the models and then replaces the characteristic geometric relief patterns with body parts - faces, breasts, lips - to create a surreal style.
