The design duo Thalea Schmalenberg and Kasper Fris Egelund were inspired by the elegance of traditional paper fans. Their fascination with the simple, poetic expression as well as the materials and interactive properties led to the development of LIRIS. The light source is included. It emits warm white light with medium brightness. The lamp has a switch on the cable with which it can be switched on and off and dimmed. Winner of the European Product Design Awards 2024
