Opaque curtains effectively block direct light and provide privacy with their light blocking properties. Dim-out: Dim-out curtains effectively block out light and prevent external visibility, but do not provide complete darkness. Blackout: Blackout curtains effectively block out all outside light, creating total darkness in the room.
