We offer our services in clearly defined design packages. The scope of services is tailored individually to your project. From the development of a customised room concept to a curated product selection and support during implementation, we are at your side every step of the way. On request, we are happy to supplement the assembly service with consolidated delivery of all products.

When you book a concept presentation, you will receive a CAD floor plan, a furnishing concept featuring Westwing products, realistic visualisations, a 3D room tour and a personalised shopping page with the full product range. This presentation will be sent to you as a clear PDF file following the meeting.

A kick-off meeting with your interior designer can usually be arranged within a week. We then need around two weeks to prepare the initial concept presentation. Completion time depends on the feedback loops and the size and complexity of your project.

The costs depend on the design package you choose and the associated scope of services. Our packages are based on the size and scope of your project, so you always have complete transparency over your budget.

Yes, there are designated contact persons who will accompany you throughout the entire project. In addition, a dedicated interior designer is available to you, whom you can contact at any time.

Yes, we design both existing spaces and new buildings. Existing elements can be integrated and harmoniously incorporated into the new design concept by arrangement.

We do not offer implementation planning for kitchens or special constructions. However, we are happy to assist with design, positioning and material selection to ensure that the area blends harmoniously into the overall concept. As part of the planning process, we can also visualise these elements as placeholders.
