Back/Up is the collection of frying pans, casseroles, saucepans and pots made of 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish inside and out, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni. Like all KnIndustrie collections, Back/Up has been designed not only as an excellent work tool in the kitchen, but also for serving food directly at the table. A very special accessory is the polished steel lid, which also serves as a stand for table presentation. As a development of the renowned Foodwear collection by Rodolfo Dordoni, the pans in the shiny series are made even shinier by the use of polished steel.
