Salted Lemons

Give your tagine and Mediterranean fish dishes more flavour with the salted lemons from Nicolas Vahé. You may not know them yet, but a whole new taste experience awaits you. The pickled lemons have a spicy bite, are not sweet but still fruity and give all dishes salt and acidity. Everything - peel and flesh - is edible. Rinse a slice of lemon, cut it and add it to the salad for a salty kick and a beautiful colour. Or use it to refine a classic chicken tagine, homemade hummus, stews or even a fish curry. If you don't use the lemons, they are a colourful eye-catcher on the kitchen table and should definitely not be stored in the kitchen cupboard.
